September 18, 2009 - Went on an NYU-sponsored trip to Moravia, which is wine country in the Czech Republic. First, took a tour of the Punkva Caves of the Moravian Karst, which were SICK. It was like real life Planet Earth. Part of the tour was a 20 minute underground boat cruise though the caves which couldn’t help but remind me of Harry Potter minus the dead bodies in the water (what can I say- I’m a geek lol). But overall the caves were definitely my favorite part of the trip.
